At UCL Women's Rugby, we’re all about having fun playing a sport we love. As a growing family of all backgrounds, shapes and sizes, there's room for everyone - whether you've never touched a rugby ball, or you're a seasoned professional. With regular training, socials and volunteering opportunities, we pride ourselves on supporting every member through their journey at university.
Achievements
London Varsity Series
2021
The Club was one of the few selected to play in the 2021 London Varsity Series.
Silver Development Award
2021
The Club was recognized by the Student Union as having significantly developed during the year 2020-21.
Coach of the Year
2021
Our Coach, Chris, was awarded Coach of the Year by the Student Union. Chris has been with us since 2017 and we could not be more grateful for all the time and energy he commits to the club!
Shortlisted: Diversity and Inclusion AND Club of the Year
2021
The Club was shortlisted for both the Diversity and Inclusion Award and the Club of the Year Award for its work throughout the Year.
